Ingredients: 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar; 2 Tbs honey; 1 Tbs Dijon mustard; 1/2 box orzo pasta, regular or whole wheat; 1 pint of cherry tomatoes; 6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese; 1/2 cup fresh basal leaves (packed); 1/4 olive oil; salt and pepper

This Salad is currently among Kathy and my favorite summer salads.It is particularly good with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil from the garden.
