Gathering of Men will meet every Monday except holidays at Grace Lutheran from 8:30 to 9:30 pm.
Our prayer quilt is for Judy Anderson. The quilt is in the narthex for anyone who would like to say a prayer for Judy as you tie the knot on her quilt. After all the knots are tied we will give the quilt to Judy.
Luther League is currently looking for names/addresses of people throughout the community that need help with yardwork. Sunday School Rally Day Set for Sunday, Sept. 8
Children 3 years old through 6th grade are encouraged to attend Sunday School rally day on Sunday, Sept. 8, at 10:15 am to 11 am in the Grace fellowship hall. The program for this year is entitled, “Journeying through the Bible,” and each week will include music, activities, Bible stories, and snacks. Parents are asked to register their children so we know how many to plan for (registration forms are available on the Grace in Tripoli Facebook page or in the church office). Parents are welcome to attend Sunday School with their children if they wish, though are not required.
Leota Nacke is having a special birthday on Friday, September 13th! She will be a young 95!! Her family will be hosting a Card Shower for Leota. Let’s flood her mailbox with a lot of Birthday Wishes!!
Congregations to Matt & Gretchen Buls on the birth of their daughter, Macy Claire Buls. Macy was born on August 17th in Waterloo. May God bless parents and child.

Thank you so much for your very generous gift in honor of my retirement. Kathy and I are resettling into our life in Owatonna. I am in the area enough that I have run into many of you. Thank you for the great privilege to serve as your pastor. We wish you well in this transition!
