A Recognition of Baptism today is for Laredo Mark Manasseh Page.  Laredo, son of Jeremy & Rachel Page was born September 4, 2018 in Waterloo. His sponsors are Amanda Miller, Christine McCubbin, Renee Reeves, and Austin Page. May God guide and bless Laredo as he begins his walk in faith with Jesus Christ.

Our prayer quilt is for Bob Holm.  The quilt is in the narthex for anyone who would like to say a prayer for Bob as you tie the knot on his quilt. After all the knots are tied we will give the quilt to Bob.

Please pick up your items to save on the cost of mailing to you. There are also a few copies of the annual report available, if you would like one.

Christian Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of Vernon Kirchhoff, father of Deb (Dean) Mirs,  Randy (Pia) Kirchhoff, and Tammy (Alan) Geweke. Funeral services were held on Friday, March 1 at Grace with burial at Fremont Cemetery, Tripoli. Vernon passed away on Monday, February 25 at Cedar Falls. May the God who reigns over life and death be with you.

Ash Wednesday will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 6, beginning at 6:30 pm at Grace. The service will feature the administering of ashes, as well as Holy Communion.

The Weekly Lenten Service will be from the Holden Evening Prayer Service.  This will take place following the  supper which is at 5:30 and the Lenten Service at 6:30 pm.  The Confirmation Group will meet immediately following the Lenten Service.
