Congregational Meeting Notice is being given of a congregational meeting for December 8. This will follow immediately following worship. All voting member of Grace Lutheran Church are asked to attend this voting assembly. The purpose of this special congregational meeting is for the approval of the 2020 budget. Notice has now been given.
Make plans now to attend Grace Sunday School’s Christmas program on Sunday morning, Dec. 22. Parents are asked to make sure their children attend Sunday School as often as possible each week so that the kids can prepare for their roles and can learn their songs for the program. Thank you!
Christmas Sacks for Children Grace will be distributing Christmas sacks of treats/goodies to all children after the Sunday School Christmas program on Sunday, Dec. 22. If you would like to donate fruit or candy/snacks, please let Jean know and get your donation to the church by Dec. 15 if possible. Also, if you know of any children who will be visiting Grace on the 22nd, please let Jean know so that we make enough sacks for visitors too! Thank you to all who are able to donate.
Grace Lutheran will be ordering Poinsettias from Petersen & Tietz. This year’s special poinsettia price is $11.99 each. This price includes: A beautiful 6.5” potted poinsettia with minimum of 5 blooms. Choose from: red, red with white spots, pink, maroon, and white. A decorative water-tight pot cover. Choose from: green, gold silver, and white. A bow in the color of your choice. Please place your order by December 12th to the church office 882-3579.
Baking Bread If anyone is interested in baking Gluten-Free Communion Bread, there are recipes in the narthex on how to make the bread. Mary Jo will be glad to give you tips on how it is made.
