Carol Koschmeder's Cauliflower Pea Salad
Mary Jo Rathe says that for several years this cauliflower pea salad was the only salad that she would eat.
- 1 head of cauliflower cut in bite sized pieces
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 10 oz. frozen peas (uncooked)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp of Schilling Salad Supreme
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound of bacon cooked crisp
Combine all of the ingredients and serve. Shredded carrots could be added and the bacon can be omitted.
